Network of dignified, sit-down soup kitchens and food pantries serving anyone in need, no questions asked.
Masbia is a nonprofit network of kosher soup kitchens and food pantries, founded in Brooklyn in April 2005 and described by People Magazine as a "restaurant without a cash register." It runs three locations - Masbia of Boro Park (5402 New Utrecht Ave, Brooklyn), Masbia of Flatbush (1372 Coney Island Ave, Brooklyn) and Masbia of Queens (Rego Park) - serving free hot dinners Monday through Thursday, plus take-home grocery packages from each location's food pantry (by appointment, once a week; text FOOD to 726879). It serves over 300 hot dinners a night and distributes close to 1,000 grocery packages a day, five days a week, and it delivers to people who cannot come in person through a partnership with DoorDash. Everything is free of charge, no questions asked. Kosher supervision can change. Check the current hechsher status yourself before going.
